As a compassionate therapist, I strive to support individuals in gaining empowerment in their lives. I believe that you are the expert in your life, and my goal is to meet you where you are and walk with you as a partner through your healing or growth journey. 

I understand that humans are complex and can face a variety of challenging experiences throughout life that create difficult or unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to manage. I approach mental health from a compassionate, and holistic perspective. 

I am passionate about creating a supportive, liberating, and non-judgmental space for all individuals, with an emphasis on the liberation of people of color, women, and women during pregnancy and their mothering journey.

I am trained in Cognitive Therapies, trauma-focused modalities, Brainspotting, parts-work, and Maternal Mental Health. In addition to practicing traditional therapeutic models, I enjoy providing alternative methods to healing such as guided meditation, breathwork, and other holistic approaches. 

About Me: I am a California native! I received my Master of Social Work Degree from Indiana University and have worked as a therapist and an advocate for individuals and families in need of resources and support.
