Hello there and welcome! 

I am EMDR trained therapist. 

My goal is to provide a warm, safe, and supportive environment to help those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. I am committed to assisting individuals on their journey of personal growth and self-awareness. 

I take a kind, compassionate, and collaborative approach and believe everyones' needs are special and unique. I work from a person-centered focus and use a variety of modalities including - EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, emotion focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, empowerment, and motivational interviewing. I am EMDR trained. 

I have been working as an Associate Clinical Social Worker in California for 3 years. I earned my bachelor's in Social Work from TCU and my master's in Social Work from USC. 

I am a Los Angeles native and when I am not working, I enjoy cheering on the Dodgers!
