I'm DeAndrea. Most people call me, Andrea.
It is a pleasure to have you here! And, I am excited to help you create the life you desire.
Here's a little about me: I have dedicated my life and mission to help individuals eradicate stress, worry, fear, sadness, guilt, regret, depression, trauma, and relationship problems. I have spent the last 10 years learning and implementing the best and most effective services to help women, men, and teens from many different backgrounds, cultures and identities. Over the last 10 years, I have helped hundreds of individuals, just like yourself, overcome difficult life circumstances, create the life they desired and achieve happiness.
Therapy is a journey that starts with creating a unique, individualized treatment program tailored to meet your specific needs and geared towards helping you transcend your life. Yes, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoanalysis, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) interventions, as well as Acceptance and Commitment interventions. However, true relief begins when you feel heard and understood as well as when you build insight, real self-confidence and supportive connections and relationships with others.
My goal is to create a warm and inviting space of radical acceptance and empathy, where you can truly express your deepest thoughts, suppressed feelings, pain and true desires . My goal is to facilitate growth beyond your past and beyond your pain. My goal is to offer fresh, new perspectives and support change within you. Hi there! I’m Michelle Santana. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor. I am an Orange County native and I have been in the field of social work for over 20 years. I began my clinical mental health career in school and home-based mental health. I later transitioned into community mental health care and currently run a part-time private practice specializing in the treatment of trauma survivors. In addition, I specialize in crisis counseling and support adolescents in secondary education while teaching masters-level counseling students as an adjunct professor.
I am most passionate about the restorative and healing aspects of mental health therapy and trauma-informed practice. I believe our most painful setbacks are the platforms for life’s greatest comebacks! I have had the sacred honor to witness the power of a healing environment and the radical impact therapy has on people's lives. I approach treatment holistically, using my training in TFCBT, EMDR, DBT, attachment-focused therapy, and mindfulness to develop a personalized plan to treat a variety of individuals and couples.
When I'm not working, I keep very busy running after my toddler as a new mom, enjoying lots of coffee, walks, and adventures surrounded by friends and family.

He conducts evaluations and provides letters for Emotional Support Animals and Gender-Affirming Intervention consultations. Jordan has been a clinical supervisor for 7 years, working in both community-based and outpatient settings.
Jordan’s aim in his work with individuals is to resolve and clear shame, guilt, grief, anger, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and chronic pain at their root cause, not to teach coping skills or give advice.
His aim in his work with couples is to provide evidenced-based tools and ways of thinking about things within the relationship which have been shown to work when applied effectively, not to point out who is right/wrong or referee arguments.
Jordan has a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in religion with a focus in Buddhism from the George Washington University in Washington, DC.
Susan Martinez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor who has over 20 years of experience working with families, children, adolescents and individuals. Susan has provided Clinical Supervision for various Community Based Organizations and school districts in California since 2017. She has served as a Field Instructor for MSW student interns since 2009 for Universities in Los Angeles. Susan is enthusiastic about Clinical Supervision and her current role as mental health practitioner, supporting children and adults experiencing mental health crises.
As a first generation, bilingual, bicultural Latina psychotherapist, she is passionate about working with BIPOC communities. She provides individual, triadic and group clinical supervision as a way to give back to the profession.
Susan’s clinical supervision process is to create a safe and accepting environment, allowing supervisee’s to clinically grow, explore, observe and question. She believes that through the process of gaining insight and awareness, the supervisee will develop their own clinical style, feel empowered and find their voice through this journey. The most important factor is that you feel heard, validated and safe in clinical supervision.
Susan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles and her Master of Social Work degree from California State University, Long Beach and her Master of Education from University of California, Los Angeles.
On her time off, Susan enjoys spending her free time volunteering as an elected member of NASW- CA Chapter, State Membership Committee and giving back to social work. Susan is also a big animal lover and has fostered and adopted many rescue animals.
Dr. Amy L. Huang DSW, LCSW is dedicated to helping associates grow as professionals. In supervision, she desires to create a safe place for clinicians to bring up their concerns, fears, and challenges.
Particularly, Dr. Huang is focused on supervisees discussing power, privilege and intersectionality and how it may inform their lens and influence how they work with clients. Dr. Huang would like to educate others about how they can foster an inclusionary practice. Dr. Huang aims to prepare clinicians by teaching them different therapeutic modalities. These modalities include acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), emotion focused therapy (EFT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Dr. Huang is passionate about utilizing eye movement desensitization therapy (EMDR) for healing trauma. She currently serves as a consultant in training and certified in EMDR. Dr. Huang also has some training in Gottman therapy and applies these principles to help couples improve their relationships.

Hi, I am Cassandra, but most call me Cassy. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Clinical Supervisor. I grew up in a small town in the Imperial Valley but have lived various places throughout California and have been practicing for 10 years. I was inspired and drawn to the helping profession while working for a local junior high schools’ afterschool program where I tutored several high risk youth.
I attended Argosy University where I obtained my Master’s in Counseling Psychology, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy. I have a large portfolio of experience ranging from working with Children and Adolescents, Parents, Couples, Crisis Teams, Psychiatric Hospitalization, Law Enforcement, and providing Mental Health Services to High School students.
I believe the best investment you make is in yourself. I understand that it can be difficult to reach out for help whether it be out of guilt, shame, convenience or just pure apprehension. I understand that many see therapy as another difficult hurdle amongst all the many other things life throws at you. My goal is to empower you and help uncover and utilize the tools you already possess to overcome personal challenges.
I am passionate about trauma and the impact it can have on our lives (little or big) and a firm believer in restorative practices. My approach is to always meet people where they are at, establish a safe and trusting helping relationship and highlight their achievements. My approach to therapy is utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques to develop
individualized plans.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family, chasing around an almost 2 year old and traveling. I occasionally take on clients in a different space and utilize my make-up artist skill set.
Hi, I’m Alysha. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, clinical supervisor, and therapist based in Orange County, CA, serving clients virtually across the state. I believe that therapy and supervision are most impactful when grounded in mutual respect, collaboration, and authenticity. I show up as my full self in this work and invite the same from those I support. Whether in therapy or supervision, my goal is to create a space where people feel safe, supported, and truly seen.
I work with adolescents, teens, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship issues. I specialize in working with queer, transgender, and non-binary individuals and all members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My practice also supports highly sensitive people, creatives, neurodivergent individuals, and those processing trauma, or complex relational dynamics. As a clinical supervisor, I enjoy supporting associates who are exploring their voice, navigating systemic work environments, or seeking a more sustainable and values-aligned path in the field.
My work is trauma-informed, client-centered, and inclusive—grounded in authenticity, collaboration, and compassion. I tailor each session to the individual’s needs, goals, and identity. I draw from a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, narrative therapy, and attachment-focused work. My aim is to foster a warm, nonjudgmental space that supports deep exploration, identity development, and practical growth. In supervision, I strive to create reflective, anti-oppressive spaces where clinicians can deepen self-awareness, build confidence, and develop a sustainable, authentic clinical presence.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from California State University, Fullerton, and have worked in community mental health, residential substance use treatment, inpatient psychiatric care, and private practice. My work is rooted in social justice values and a deep respect for the lived experience each person brings. Outside of work, I can often be found at a local coffee shop, listening to true crime podcasts, watching movies, or trying out creative hobbies and crafts. I also love spending time with my dog, my partner, and my close friends.
