During the initial session, we review all intake forms first. Next, we discuss what led you to us, your life story and your goals. The clinician will ask questions to obtain a good understanding and picture of everything that is going on. The first session ends after goals have been explored.

No worries. Cancellations and rescheduled appointments can be made by phone and/or email prior to 48 hours of your scheduled appointment and at no charge to you. Our cancellation policy was designed to protect against emergencies and allow all clients access to available appointment times. No show appointments are subject to a $50 fee.
