My name is Judy Souvenir Morris, and I deeply value open communication, empathy, and collaboration with my clients. I am dedicated to empowering individuals to uncover their own strengths and find effective solutions. My goal is to work alongside you as we collaborate in understanding the obstacles in your life and the best ways to help you get closer to the life you desire.
I take great joy in working with individuals from all walks of life, including couples, children, teens, and families from diverse backgrounds. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, stress management, ADHD, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, transitional life events, trauma and resilience, personal relationship issues, couple problems, personal growth, separation and divorce, parenting issues, self-esteem, anger management, and attachment and communication challenges.
I utilize evidence-based modalities and interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, and Hypnotherapy.
A bit about me: I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Chapman University in Orange, CA, and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from UMass Global. In addition, I am a certified hypnotist through the International Hypnosis Federation (IHF).
In my downtime, I relish spending quality moments with my family and close friends, often enjoying meals out together. During my "me" time, you'll frequently find me immersed in music, practicing yoga, meditating, and occasionally indulging in retail
therapy. I also love relaxing with some popcorn while watching my favorite TV shows or movies.
I look forward to working alongside you as you achieve your goals.
Hi, I’m Kiyana. Welcome to the Center of Resiliency. I am passionate about creating a supportive space where individuals and families feel seen, heard, and empowered. I am excited to partner with you on your journey toward healing and growth.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating life transitions, trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and stress. I also support clients experiencing PTSD, relationship issues, and adjustment to medical or behavioral health diagnoses. My work is particularly focused on providing culturally responsive care for people of color and diverse communities, ensuring each client feels affirmed in their identity and experiences.
My approach is integrative and client-centered. I draw on models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy to help clients explore their stories, identify strengths, and build effective coping strategies. I create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can explore patterns, develop healthier perspectives, and feel empowered to take meaningful steps toward well-being.
About Me
I am a Licensed Associate Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Social Work from Elizabeth City State University, an HBCU. My professional experience spans respected institutions such as UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, and John Muir Behavioral Health, where I provided clinical support across psychiatric, pediatric, and medical social work settings. Beyond my clinical work, I am also deeply engaged in philanthropy and community initiatives, including leading programs through my nonprofit, the Sneakerbabe Foundation. Originally from San Francisco, I bring both professional expertise and a strong commitment to legacy-building and community empowerment into my practice.
