Hello and Welcome
My name is Anastasia but you can call me Stacey. I have been working in the clinical field for 25 years, and specialize in working with depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, anger management, chronic pain, eating and weight challenges, fears, trauma, grief/loss, military families, personal growth, and life transitions. I work with all age groups, individuals, couples and families.
I believe we are all resilient and can overcome obstacles to achieve the fulfillment we wish for ourselves. By searching this site, you have already taken the hardest step in this process which is to actively seek relief. My goal is to create a safe and open environment to support the expression of your innermost thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, and feelings. I believe that processing, understanding, and working through these dynamics will create the necessary change and internal growth to achieve your life goals. Change is achievable when you have the tools to create it. The development of a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship will be instrumental in producing growth, and we will use evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help you achieve your goals, overcome obstacles and challenges, and gain insight which will increase understanding and reinforce positive behaviors.
My approach utilizes several evidence-based therapies and interventions from a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic-based therapy, Trauma-Induced therapy, Strength-Based therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person-Centered therapy.
My background includes working at several outpatient therapy clinics where I worked extensively with all ages, backgrounds, and challenges. I conducted individual, family, and couples counseling. I also worked at El Toro Marine Base counseling center, and CPC psychiatric hospital. I also ran a level 12 facility for several years for children and adolescents with behavioral issues and on probation in the foster care system. I also worked with low-income individuals and families struggling with housing and services.
I have a MA in Clinical Psychology, an MSW, and ASW. I hope to have the opportunity to work with you to help find the change you strive for yourself.
Hello and Welcome!
I am Deanna Pearson and would be honored to support you on your healing journey toward creating a more authentic, meaningful, fulfilling life.
I primarily work with adults experiencing unresolved trauma, personal distress, life transitions, deep transformations, existential crisis, and relational-family challenges. My specialty is helping individuals who’ve experienced complex trauma as well as those ready to undergo deep transformative work. I support clients with managing depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, substance use disorders, eating disorders, bipolar
disorders, and personal-relational difficulties. I also help couples and families with interpersonal struggles and family crisis.
As an integrative therapist, I practice humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral approaches including depth psychology, transpersonal, experiential, expressive, existential, trauma, attachment, somatic, cognitive behavioral, and dialectical behavioral therapies. Gottman Method and Bowenian theories are my foundational models for couple therapy. I utilize experiential methods; including inner child work, guided imagery, shadow work, emotional freedom techniques, and EMDR.
I understand life can be challenging and it takes courage and commitment to make positive, lasting changes. I will provide a safe, private space where you will be heard and validated with compassionate acceptance. You will be supported in overcoming
challenges, meeting your goals, and implementing healthy coping skills. Together, we will explore unhealthy childhood conditionings, patterns, roles, beliefs, and intergenerational-generational traumas. Throughout our time together, I’ll foster self-awareness, self-acceptance, and personal empowerment, while promoting core values, inner strengths, and true potential.
In regards to my personal life, I am spiritually focused; a vegetarian who loves creativity, nature, animals, art, music, literature, theology, philosophy, yoga, exploration, and spending time with loved ones as well as alone. My adult life has been committed to spiritual growth, integrative healing, and personal transformation. I truly believe we all have within us the ability to transform, given the right support, tools, resources, and timing. My life experience has been my greatest teacher and I am here to support you when you’re ready.

My approach focuses on helping you connect with your true self, gain clarity, and build the skills needed to live authentically and with purpose.

If you’re ready to embark on a journey of personal growth, I’m here to support you in creating meaningful, lasting changes so you can live with intention and purpose.
I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, young adults and adults incorporating Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focus-CBT, Mindfulness and Solution-Focus interventions addressing issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief and loss.
About Me:
I hold a B.A. in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach, and an M.A. in Education and Clinical Counseling from Azusa Pacific University. I began my career in higher education, working in Student Services, where I had the privilege of supporting students throughout their college journey. I find great fulfillment in assisting college students as they navigate the challenges of academic life while building their career profiles.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy baking, spending time with my dog, Kobe, and connecting with friends and family. I am also committed to my spiritual growth through regular church attendance and Bible study.
