Hello and Welcome
My name is Anastasia but you can call me Stacey. I have been working in the clinical field for 25 years, and specialize in working with depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, anger management, chronic pain, eating and weight challenges, fears, trauma, grief/loss, military families, personal growth, and life transitions. I work with all age groups, individuals, couples and families.
I believe we are all resilient and can overcome obstacles to achieve the fulfillment we wish for ourselves. By searching this site, you have already taken the hardest step in this process which is to actively seek relief. My goal is to create a safe and open environment to support the expression of your innermost thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, and feelings. I believe that processing, understanding, and working through these dynamics will create the necessary change and internal growth to achieve your life goals. Change is achievable when you have the tools to create it. The development of a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship will be instrumental in producing growth, and we will use evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help you achieve your goals, overcome obstacles and challenges, and gain insight which will increase understanding and reinforce positive behaviors.
My approach utilizes several evidence-based therapies and interventions from a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic-based therapy, Trauma-Induced therapy, Strength-Based therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person-Centered therapy.
My background includes working at several outpatient therapy clinics where I worked extensively with all ages, backgrounds, and challenges. I conducted individual, family, and couples counseling. I also worked at El Toro Marine Base counseling center, and CPC psychiatric hospital. I also ran a level 12 facility for several years for children and adolescents with behavioral issues and on probation in the foster care system. I also worked with low-income individuals and families struggling with housing and services.
I have a MA in Clinical Psychology, an MSW, and ASW. I hope to have the opportunity to work with you to help find the change you strive for yourself.
Welcome, my name is Samantha Keller.
I am a compassionate Associate Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting individuals
through life’s most challenging moments, rooted in empathy, dignity, and respect. I hold a
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Brandman University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Massachusetts Global. I specialize in working with those impacted by adversity, including poverty, systemic barriers, and chronic stress, and I strive to create a safe, empowering space where healing and growth can flourish. I understand how these life experiences can shape the way we view ourselves and the world, and I am here to support you in untangling those layers with care and patience.
My focus is on helping you rediscover and build upon your inner strengths. Together, we will
create a space where growth is possible, healing is nurtured, and empowerment becomes a
reality. Whether you're dealing with overwhelming emotions, past trauma, or transitions that feel
too heavy to carry alone, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and a deep
commitment to your well-being.
I work with adults, families, and single parents who are facing a wide range of emotional and life
challenges. My experience includes supporting individuals navigating substance use and
recovery, major life transitions, financial crises, and the emotional weight of shame and guilt. I
also provide compassionate care for those living with depression, anxiety, and the pain of grief
and loss. Whether you're struggling to manage day-to-day stressors or working through deeper,
long-standing issues, I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space to help you process, heal, and move forward with greater clarity and strength.
I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences
without judgment. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief
that healing begins with genuine connection, empathy, and respect for your unique story.
I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailoring our work together to meet
your individual needs and goals. I bring empathetic patience and clinical insight to help guide
your healing process.
Outside of my clinical work, I find joy and balance through creative expression. I'm an artist who
enjoys illustrating, painting, and designing dolls—activities that help me stay grounded and
connected to beauty and imagination. I also enjoy taking long walks in nature and spending quiet
moments with my cat, who reminds me daily of the importance of rest and presence. I believe
that nurturing creativity and self-care helps me show up fully for my clients with compassion,
patience, and authenticity.
My name is Kristine, a recent graduate from Fresno, California State University. I have a
Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's in Social Work. I have an APCC, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. I completed my internship at a local domestic violence agency. I have a certificate in Domestic Violence Training and Batterer’s Intervention. I enjoy working with a trauma informed lens and creating a safe and uplifting environment. I believe that life is a journey of deserts and mountains, where sometimes life seems desolate and other times it may feel lush and full of life. Life can be difficult to navigate when you feel alone. I look forward to working with you on your journey towards healing and change.
Therapy Utilization:
I believe that each individual is unique and benefits from their own unique intervention that
works for who they are. However, I do operate generally from a Person Centered, Narrative, and Attachment Based approach. I also favor Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I will pull from
other approaches as necessary, as is appropriate for each client.
I primarily work with clients of all age ranges with trauma and PTSD, life changes, self-esteem
challenges, anxiety, OCD, and relationship issues.
A Little Bit About Me:
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, reading, and watching a
mindless show.
I look forward to meeting with you and helping to work alongside you as you create goals for
change!
