My name is Esther. I'm a dedicated and compassionate Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) with a deep passion for helping individuals.

My personal life has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide adequate therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families. Throughout my academic journey, I have gained valuable experience working with diverse populations in various clinical settings. 

My mission is to help individuals and couples with fear, sadness, guilt, depression, trauma problems, and teen pregnancy. In the last six years, I have learned and implemented the most effective methods to help individuals and couples with different backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs achieve the best happiness.

My empathetic and nonjudgmental approach allows my clients to feel heard, understood, and supported as they work toward positive change and personal growth. Therapy is a journey that starts with creating a unique treatment plan to meet your needs. I employ evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral therapy (CBT) and Emotionally focused therapy (EFT). I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can freely explore their thoughts and emotions.

I completed my Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Cal State San Bernardino University and pursued my Master's in Marriage and Family therapy at National University. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two teenage boys and traveling to new countries. I enjoy learning from different cultures as they are all unique and extraordinary.
