I have two adult children and two adorable Boston Terriers. I enjoy traveling and reading. I am an avid Disney fan and have a bucket list of visiting all the parks in the world.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Collaborative Health and Human Services (B.S. in CHHS) from California State University, Monterey Bay, and my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) with a focus on Advanced Clinical Practice from Walden University. I am currently working toward full clinical licensure.


For relaxation, I enjoy watching drama television shows and spending quality time with my family, especially cheering on my nephews at their soccer games. I also have a passion for arts and crafts.

I utilize strength-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and build upon their strengths while addressing challenges.
