Hi, I’m Tracey! I am passionate about working with teens, young adults, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, personal growth, prenatal/pregnancy/postpartum, and self-esteem. 

My goal is to create a safe and affirming place that offers authenticity, humor, and genuineness for you to share your stories. I believe in healing and growth through processing and making meanings of your experiences, recognizing your strengths, embracing your identities, nurturing your spirituality, and empowering you to make intentional choices. I will support you in learning skills to manage difficult thoughts and emotions, communicate and express yourselves, establish healthy boundaries, and navigate towards your goals.

I practice from a culturally sensitive, person-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed lens in my treatment approach. My therapeutic approach integrates a variety of evidence-based therapies including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). 

A little about me: I love to travel, enjoy different cuisines, read, listen to music, and spend time with my family. I have a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University – San Diego. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Social Psychology at the University California San Diego (UCSD).
